We anchored at McLeans Bay for a night. Not only was this grass at the end of the anchor chain, but all the way up to the water line of 75 feet of chain out! Image what this does to the prop and the rudder. The area is loaded with this stuff and you can feel at the wheel when you've picked up enough of it to require backing down to clear it. Sometimes it takes two or three times backing down.
