A typical anchorage in Georgia

We anchored out five consecutive night as we passed through Georgia and part of South Carolina. This is a typical anchorage. Only an occasional shrimp boat passes. That's one of the reasons we file a float plan every day and take down the lat/long of each location. This is a "creek off of another creek". Oysters line the shore. Or there is a thick black mud. Wouldn't want to be taking our little guy ashore in this mess. It's one of the reasons we had to work with him to have him "cockpit trained." That isn't easy to teach a dog as every instinct says no to this idea. But Gilligan does pretty well. He's always so glad to see land and grass once again however.
